Mental Health First Aid Training in Kent
Did you know that 1 in 4 people in the UK are likely to experience mental health problems each year?
By developing a greater understanding of common mental health issues, as well as how best to support and guide someone to professional help, you can recognise the signs and symptoms of poor mental health and help further reduce the stigma associated with mental health in the UK.
The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) in the Workplace (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed for those who would like to raise their awareness of mental health, recognise the signs and symptoms, develop an understanding of how best to support, reassure and signpost colleagues to professional support.
What’s more, candidates will develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to actively promote positive mental health within their workplace, making it an ideal qualification for staff at every level who would like to become mental health first aiders, including human resources, managers, supervisors, and team leaders.
We also offer the Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF), the Qualsafe Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) and a Refresher Course (3 yearly) to those who have completed the Qualsafe Level 3 Award.
A & Z Mental Health First Aid Training are an accredited training provider approved by Qualsafe Awards, an Awarding Organisation recognised by Ofqual to offer regulated qualifications.
We can deliver face-to-face training in your place of work covering from Bromley (BR postcode) to the Kent coast and surrounding areas. If you require face to face training outside of this area, we are happy to accomodate this where possible and subject to location. Please contact us to discuss.

We offer post-course support. A trainer from A & Z Mental Health First Aid Training will contact you within 14 days of course completion for feedback and to check in.
We pride ourselves on our aftercare which enables candidates the opportunity to discuss their thoughts and feelings post-course.
